"-chan" is just a cute suffix used with names in a lot of anime and manga, && I suppose actually in Japan as well.

i think it starts with Butch, from my last name(not my whole last name in case people wonder... what kinda last name would butch be? {no offense to anyone surnamed butch}), an abreviation some teachers at my last school used to talk about/to me... and I guess I added a personal spin with the double o.

my name stems from a few things. The first one being that I am overly fascinated with scorpions. I am a scorpio ( born on armstice day.). I am overly fascinated with the german language. I took the german words for scorpion and spirit and then dropped the on to the scorpion and slammed the geist to the end. It has pretty much become my calling card. so yeah, that is how I got my username.

well I explained this in my newbie thread but it's 3:04 am so I've nothing better to do so,mooshie is the nickname for Montolio DeBrouchee (my name at fanfic.net) is from the book sojourn part of his series entitled the legend of drizzt (note drizzt is pronounce drizzd not drizzit) in this book he was a blind ranger that acted as a mentor to drizzt, and he was quite accurate with a longbow, and I don't want to put my standard screenname on here because my dad doesn't know I'm obsessed, and I'd like to keep it that way so I chose a character from my favorite series that wasn't used and mooshie has been my name for a couple of years on CL sites

I got my username because I once wanted to be the chosen one.

I'm nonreligious, so I have my own beliefs. One of them is that the chosen one is the most powerful being in existence. The hebrew god, Adonai, the egyption sun god, Ra, the greek king of the gods, Zeus, were all chosen ones in my belief. And, since I'm the only one who believes in the stuff I believe in, I wanted to use some of the elements of my sub-religion in public.

Eh they just like to make it sound more higher class. My school has that too. 6th grade are middle schoolers. 7th-9th grade are JH. And then 10th-12th grade are high schoolers. Just the way the system works I guess.

This is way off topic but...

Junior high is supposed to be 7-9. Middle school is 6-8. High school is 9-12 or 10-12 depending on whether you have a jr.high or middle school.
