Whew! I thought it was gone forever!

Okay, so there's this website called Cbox. It's where you put this box on your website and people can post on it. Well, I don't excatly know what I did, but... for some reason, everything thread, category and post was GONE!!!! I started to FREAK OUT What happened? Well, I tried to go to 'admin' to delete that evil Cbox, but...the admin was gone to! Well, I thought of what to do and then I went to {name of website}.com and went to the Support Forum.
