Valentine's is a corporate holiday to sell jewelry and chocolates. As such, it is not worthy of celebration in my book. I will, however, take any unwanted chocolates.

True. Very true. Yet, for most people, it seems like a serious buzzkill if their boyfriend/girlfriend doesn't get them anything. It's mandatory. And besides, it's fun to be all lovey dovey and have an excuse for it![/b]

That's like saying Halloween is a corporate holiday. Both of them have strong religious backgrounds to them...they've just faded from importance with time.
