I PM'ed Star Way about this and she told me to put it here...

This is a poem that I made for the theme "I wonder why..." which was nice since it was a way to release my feelings after one of my best friends abonded me...Comments would be nice and I don't care what type of comments, just any will be fine (even if it is flames...)

I call out to you, but all you do is ignore me.
I try to catch you but you just run away.
Every time you see me, you give me an evil glare.
You always leave me wondering why…Why do you do this to me?
Torturing me endlessly and leaving me hopeless.
I can’t imagine a world where you didn’t exist.
I couldn’t imagine a reality where you treated me as an enemy, and yet, it’s happened.
You’ve become the friend of my enemies and destroyed every memorable thing we have.
Is this just a trick of mind, a dream, a fantasy?
No, I’ve come to accept the fact that this is real.
We’ve grown up together always at each other’s side.
We’ve faced hard times, hardships, and tackled everything head on.
But what happened, to make our friendship disappear like that?
Well even if you hate me, do at least one thing for me.
Just tell me why you’re like this.
Was it a fault of my own or something else?
Please just tell me, so I can finally die, die in peace.

Wow... that's deep. lol how do you comment on poetry like that? Very good, to say the least. I'm guessing this is one of those things where they don't rhyme...

I blink once

I’ve dug a hole
It’s pretty deep

I was bored today at school and right now...So I decided to write something else...

How could I expect you to understand?
Your evil glare tells me that you won't accept it.
You've shattered my dreams to be together, any hopes or desires I had.
I know it wasn't right and yet I hoped you would understand.
I expected so much from you and now I'm paying the consequences.
The world doesn't accept my kind or at least the majority of them don't, how could I expect you to be different?
I valued our friendship, which is why I kept it a secret for so long.
I couldn't help it,
I wanted you to know how I felt about you.
Your smile that never seem to go away, it always made me feel hapy.
Just being around you made it hard to be mad or sad.
It was a nice feeling and now...it's gone...forever.
I wish I never told you, at least our friendship would still be here, and yet...how would I have known that you'll react like this?
It's too late I can't take back what I said.
The future is set,
We can't be friends.
Here is where we must part ways.
I never meant to plauge your life.
I can only wish it never happened...but we both know it, it did.
Now it's time for me to go, to explore the cold and unknown.
I'm sure I'll make it, just without the warmth of your friendship.
I doubt you even care right now,
I can only hope you'll change.
I hope our paths cross again,
I just want you to know....

Wow.. you're like poet extraordinaire. ^-^ I sense a lot of personal termoil there. But... I won't ask. If you don't mind my saying so, whoever's making you feel like that is really cruel.

I did write a poem, a long time ago, when I was feeling all... dsdljkfdlsfjk. But I'm kinda too embarrassed to show it. *blushes* (Yeah, I would've used the blush emoti, but it's SMILING. I mean really who smiles when they're blushing?)

Thanks a lot YDV! The very sad part is that I'm writing these poems from imagination and what I think will happen in the future...(I got a bad feeling that it will come true...) But I must keep my chin up and look to the bright side. I have another poem that involves with major self-conflict...I'll post it here...eventually...after some sleep...

I really like your style. *digs through her poems* Ah, here is one I think is suitable. I wrote this at the beginning of the year for history. (Why history I don’t know, my history class dose a lot of writing assignments.) As you probable guessed the theme was ‘I am from’.

I am from a place were words loose there meaning
Only what is written is what is true

I am from a place were looks can be deceiving
What you look at is not what you want to see

I am from a place were what you say is what you get
But you cant say what should be said

I am from a place were no one can feel the same
Yet no one feels exclude

I am from a place that is all dark and black
Where there may be a glint of light in the distance
You just have to find it

*Smiles* yah it is. My poem was based on my mind as well as my journal. The way the assignment was suppose to end up was as a list of like how many brothers you have and what kind of food you like. I thought that was lame so I wrote that poem. It was sort of funny when we read our poems aloud in class. Every one was saying a list and when it got to my turn I had a real poem, then everyone was silent after words.

Here's the last poem I have on hand. This poem goes after the first one I posted...(You'll see why/how)

You ask me why...Why do I treat you like this.
You fell in love with someone, but not me, instead my friend.
You never realized the love I have for you and I doubt you will ever realize it.
Of course, why would you?
My love is wrong, it's not acceptable, yet why do I keep on with it?
Shouldn't I stop my love, find someone else to love and make it accpetable?
But I can't, I"m drawn to you just like you are to that girl.
I can't change, at least not for a while.
I only wish I told you earlier, before you fell in love with her, but it's too late.
That was the past and this is the present.
I cant' change the past and how can I change the present now?
You're happy as it is, it'd be wrong of me to split you two, yet I want to.
I want you to know how much I love you.
It's not right, I'll be taking advantage of you.
That isn't right.
That's not what friends should do, but why do I really want to?
The answer is quite simple, so you would love me instead of her.
But no, I won't.
I'm not that type of person, and it won't be right.
I must leave now and stay far away from you, so I don't do anything rash.
Please understand, it's not you, it's me and just know that....

Woah. These are awesome! I've only written two poems. One was how I loved to walk home in the rain barefoot dancing back to my house with my boyfriend.
And the other was my extreme fear of toilets when I was little. I can remember sitting there in my blue tye-dye trix snowboarding t-shirting I won in a contest when I was little.
Actually, I'm wearing that shirt now.

Another poem of mine...This one sorta goes a bit happier than the others...Sorta...Kinda...Well...Maybe...Just read it...

Why must love be so cruel?
You are my best friend and I've fallen for you.
Before I met you, if felt like something was missing, a hole in me...
Ever since I met you, the gap was gone.
You filled it in with that ever constant smile of yours
All my problems just melt away when I'm with you.
I trust you with my life and you have yet to destroy that.
You're the one I come to with problems, you make everything alright just by hugging me and saying everything'll be alright.
You took a big risk to be my friend,
The world discriminates my kind and yet you didn't let that bother you.
I plagued your life ever since I saw you,
I plagued your life when you came to my rescue from bullies.
And still, you didn't care.
You treated me like a little brother,
I must say I'm lucky
That you see the good side of everyone
You opened my eyes to see, maybe this country isn't filled with evil people.
You've given me hope to go by and a reason to keep on living.
I'll never forget that...
But then, Cupid had to come along
And hit with me with one of his accursed arrows.
The love I have for you as an older brother became much more.
It's getting harder for me to contain myself,
But my actions don't look much different,
Besides me attempting to tackle you now.
And still you don't care.
I must say I have to be the luckiest guy,
To be able to hug you to the world's end and not have a care in the world.
You do that to me and I love it.
I'm lost in a different reality when I'm with you, a reality where only you can pull me out.
You filled in that gap in me, but now a bigger one appeared.
My love for you is infinate,
But can you really blame me?
I see you as an older brother and now my love goes futher.
I can't tell you...How would you react?
You already messed up your life just by being friends with me,
To be my lover will just screw your whole life together.
I don't know what to do,
I just want to bury my head in your arms and stay like that.
But that won't work,
You always ask me what's wrong like a brother,
How can I tell you?
I'm only there because of what I can't tell you.
What should I do?
I'm so lost and confused...
And this time you can't help me.
Hopefully, you won't realize...
