It is the war of the n00b-f00ds.
This thread is a place to post your recepies so that we may judge the superior foodstuff.
To kick off, here are my versions of two popular dishes. And these recepies can actually be cooked and eaten.

-------------------------
N00B SPAGETTI (serves 4-5):
Ingredients
Minced Beef
1 Red Onion, Diced
1 Garlic
Tomato Passata, 2 packs
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Mixed Herbs
Dry Mustard
2 cubes of dry beef stock
Salt and Pepper
A glass of red wine (optional)
Dried Spagetti
Brown the beef in a saucepan on a high-heat, draining off the fat once done.
Add the beef stock to give it a rich, dark colouration and sauce.
Add in the diced onion and crushed garlic clove. Stir.
Add in the pasata and tomatoes, turning the heat down to it's lowest setting.
Stir in one teaspoonful of mustard, and a heaped tablespoon of herbs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Leave to simmer for 90 minutes-3 hours depending on how rich you want the sauce (though it will be edible in 20 minutes). The liquid should mostly boil off leaving a rich brownish-red sauce of a pleasing and chunky consistency.
During this period cook, drain and prepare the pasta.
Finally, turn the simmering sauce up to full power breifly to heat it through, stirring to prevent sticking. At this point, you might want to stir in a glass of red-wine if this is to your taste - it does wonders for me.
Serve the sauce over the pasta and eat immediately with red wine and some thinly sliced cheese (italian cheeses are best but any soft cheese will do in a pinch).

N00B BURGERS (makes 6 to 8 burgers)
Ingredients
Minced Beef
Two slices of bread (crusts removed)
1 Large Onion (or three spring onions - highly recommended!)
Tomato Puree'
Mixed Herbs
Mustard
Mango Chutney
Soft cheese
This is very fun to make, usually because it's quite gross. Whack the meat into a mixing bowl and then use a food processor to ground up the onion and then the bread (always do the bread second as it will absorb any onion moisture).
Add your breadcrumbs and onion to the meat and then (aside from the cheese) whack in the other ingredients, which can all be to your personal tastes (as a note though, don't go mad with the puree' or chutney as the extra liquid will ruin the mixture).
Here comes the fun bit. Stick your hands (washed I hope!) into the bowl and start to mix, twist, pummel and knead the ingredients together into a smooth blend. Major gross-out, but very fun (tip, make sure the meat was defrosted fully before you started because trying to knead semi-frozen meat is not only difficult, but very cold!)
Once done seperate the mix into six to eight equal portions, and then fold each around a small cube of the sort cheese (about one inch square and half an inch deep does for me) and roll into a slightly flat sphere, with the cheese encased in the burger.
Now basically fry, grill, bake in the oven or BBQ until the meat is cooked through and the cheese oozes slightly from the burger. Slip inside a bun, splatter on the ketchup and devour (and watch out for splurts of liquid cheese!)

Well that's mine. If you try making these I hope you enjoy, and think of me when you're washing up the cooking utensils afterwards.

And I look forward to seeing your recipies soon. With Chili, Enchildas, Eggs Benedict and the infamous Cookies we could have a feast!
Cheers!
