I always think its better to be honest about critique. That way people know they should try and improve.

Having little tact myself, I'm not sure how you can improve on that. Maybe there's a self-help support group we can join. Then again, a self-help support group for the tactless would probably degenerate into a fistfight very quickly...

No, I'm saying that you are in dire need of a broader perspective. Wider reading is the most affordable and accessible means of broadening one's perspective. Travel is expensive, and attempting to keep the company of the wise can lead one to be deceived by crooks and cheats posing as the wise.
I don't know to what extent one can be sharpened by wider reading when one starts at the advanced age of sixteen, but it can't hurt...

woah woah, hey guys relax. No one is good right from the start, and beginner artists really need to be encouraged, not put down.
Critique, also, isn't worth anything (no matter how honest ~_^) if it's just "I like it" or "its bad". Its better to say "I like it because...." or "You could work on___because___and here are some resources/tips to help".

In terms of the actual art at hand, it probably would have looked better if it were all mspaint-fied. Of course, one has to keep in mind that altering a piece of copyrighted material is against federal law ~_^. You might just want to redraw the whole thing on your own--it'd be good practice!
