8) Hello to you all .How are you all doing .Well not been on for a long time

so been busy for a while travelling the world

Well over the past 2 years I have been over to the USA to brazil across the orgie to afica alonf t Oman though to the MED to Malta and Crete seen meet some great and friendly people not bad as I a chef . Got britten by something while I was in muscat in Oman lol which has given me 4 infection our the shape of 6 months which is still given me :cussout:

The 4th which is the recent has infected my left arm and the misses has just patcthed my up lol .

I'M GETTING MARRIED LOLLLLLLLLLLL

Yeah I hope just got update for the rest of the year .looking busy . lol but i can comfirm the date as 6 oct and church is booked . my arm better healed up nicely and looking good .got back in the gym smashing out 10 miles yop and 10 mile cross trainer so I' m good . Got to get ready for summer of sailing and flat sorting lol.

The main task for on is to save as much money as possible. which means no more going out getting :puke: out of my head witht the lads

Christmas has put me in a right mess lol . lost my ads and gain fat like . I'm lovin it
