At that point, William couldn't hold it anymore, so it burst out, effectively destroying his entire torso. However, William's insides splattered all over the wall, and even though Ulrich was pleased William was gone, he was annoyed that he had to be the one to clean it all up.
I have to thank the BKO forum for this... Carth, this one was too easy.
