I am part english, part irish, part french canadian, and a little bit of italian.. In me my irish heritage stands out in my apperance because I have red hair, and very pale skin... I jokingly refer to as neon white. I also have the famed Irish temper. My italian heritage comes out in that I am addicted to pasta.

Dutch, Irish, and Cherokee.
I'm very white, but my hair is like a dark brown.....
I can see my irish-ness with my love of celtic mythology and food. ^^
Let's see here. I am one-quarter Canadian, part Dutch, part Scottish, and a very small bit of Cherokee. I'm sure there's more but I do not know about the heritage of my dad's side of the family.

I'm part English, French, Italian, Canadian, Scottish, and I recently found out I'm Irish. And apparently the reincarnation of my great-grandmother. That's why I love to dye my hair deep red...
I can take or leave my Polish heritage after lving in the dang country for two and a half years. It was considered a miracle to get red grapes where I was living
I'm a random mash of European stuff too. I'm half Italian, a quarter German, some parts British, I think...oh, and 1/16th Danish. The only reason I know this at all is because, by an extraordinary coincidence, that's where my last name came from. Yeah. Little weird.
There's even 1/8 of my heritage I don't know at all, because my great-grandmother was adopted and there were no records of her biological parentage. That's all European too, though. Yay for Perforated-Americans.
