Yes, Astro-XANA was a YouTube Pooper once. His videos "The Beautiful Couple" and "Humurous Franz" were the first of their kind, if you don't count video remixer SuperYoshi (who uploaded a YTP in 2004, before YouTube was made).

Now, there are millions, ranging from song remixerrs (igualiamam), FlashPoopers (WalrusGuy, iAmtheGang, CraaazyCat), people who love to rip off children's shows (Empire Productions aka TV Funhouse; The Electric Cheese), and people who love to just piss you off (Stegblob, me).

I am a pooper, as I just started, but a few poops should be put in BKO (which I'm still denied from it).

I love Poop! I wish I had the motivation and humour to make some. I particularly like AoStH and good anime poop.

I realise that one of the first poops I saw (which may or may not have been before "HE'S HOT ON OUR TAIL") was something called "Code Lyoko weird movie" and it was great.
