I think that he was following his legal rights,"under Texas law, people may use deadly force to protect their own property or to stop arson, burglary, robbery, theft or criminal mischief at night." He had the right, and he taught anybody who thinks that they could have gotten away with anything in his neighborhood to stay the hell away. (I would think twice before even loitering)

I think he's guilty because it didn't seem like the 2 men tried to kill him. It seemed like he just went and killed them.
