Scared out of my mind right now

My parents are in a colossal argument right now becuase of me. My dad was continuously teasing me about stuff in a restaurant, my mom and I both asked him to stop, but it took him awhile. Eventually he stopped and didn't talk for the rest of the dinner.

But just two minutes ago I was working on my speech and I heard really loud shouting and at first thought the TV was up too loud in another room. My parents were shouting at the top of their lungs at each other, even swearing at each other. It's so unlike them because I've never heard them shout that loud, ever, for any reason. They've never cursed before either.

Now I'm just scared to death that they're about to get even worse, possibly divorcing... which is really the last thing I want to see because I love them both, and now they're upset beyond belief because of me.

I just really hope this is all a dream. But I know it's not. I just feel really confused, scared, and saddened. I need to let it out somewhere.

Yeah. Don't worry about it; people get into fights, even big ones like this, and it's just a way to work out the kinks. It'll turn out alright, and it's not your fault that this happened.

Well think about it .How long has this been no .if it's been a week on stop then .

1.Ask them to write down there problems on a peice of paper. and give your mum's to dad and dad's to mum.

2. hold a meeting put a empty jar in the middle of the table and tell them everytime there swear or that £1 in the jar .if there saying you can't do that

3.Go SGT Major no them and tell them how you feel the fear .bang it should work.Your the boss .take no prisoners
