Here's another theory- I may even make my first fanfic about it! I'll put it in an episode summary-like version.

(Name Pending): Ulrich asks Odd to get Sissi off his back by asking her out. Odd bravely accepts- Sissi rejects him, but only until he tells her he was the "mystery man" she met online! A week later, Odd has entirely changed his personality just for Sissi. But when his team needs him, his head is in the clouds, and Sissi has eliminated his fighting spirit! Odd now has a choice between forgetting about Sissi and saving his friends... or staying the way he is now.

Yeah, probably that and his hairstyle- his general appearance overall. Basically, he'd do whatever Sissi tells him what to do. So you can imagine what Odd would turn into once he's fully changed! For girls: For boys:

I hope it does. Odd and Sissi would make a strange, yet very cute, couple. I can see Ulrich jumping for joy in the background when Odd asks Sissi out (if he ever does.) Odd will be happy, Ulrich will be happy, Sissi will be happy, Yumi will be happy, and hopfully Jeremie and Aelita will be happy.
