Well well well guys...it's been a while since we had a new episode thread - oh this makes me feel all warm and tingly ;)

So, after months of waiting...

After hours of debate...

Season 4 kicks off...as William returns...

I'll be away from the thread for the episode, but as soon as I see the tape I'll be on with words of praise for it! SEASON 4 SEASON 4 SEASON 4

I can't wait to see Xanaliam in his full, Xanaliamish glory. And the Internet. And Xanaliam. And the new Lyoko forms. AND XANALIAM.

Thing is, I don't want Xanaliam to pretend to be William. I want him to pose as a new student and stuff. Did that episode synopsis ever get verified as true? Is it?

Good jeez, I seriously cant wait until they go into Lyoko. ^___^

And the new opening credits was pretty cool. Except... Now Williams in it. >.>

Hmm...I dunno. I like the new theme intro. The Timiya and Milly thing reminds me too much of a SpongeBob episode and well....so far I dunno what too think. Bleh... Too much commericials...

Mmm....and I though Britnet Spears was bad... "OH JYM!!!!!!!!! *Squeal*" :arg: Was moonscoop on something that night? And still have nothing to say...nothing surprises me. AT least it wasn't power rangers like I expected...
Heh, and the way Aelita fell on her head looked like it hurt, PRETTY BADLY...

Well if you ask me, that episode was BEYOND cool :D (Putting episode-specific text in little size in lieu of a spoiler tag; that way you can choose to copy/paste read it or not xD )

Although one wonders, when William first showed back up at Kadic, was that really William, or XANA puppeting him completely? 'Cause if it was that last one, he did a GREAT job, as much as I hate to say it.

Also, poor Aelita and that fall she took virtualizing into Carthage x_X

And Odd in the disco suit? And Jim's dancing at the end? I've NEVER laughed harder at Code Lyoko xDDDD

Was it just me, or did the quality of the 2D take another step up? *giggles* Oh, I can't wait to snag me some screenshots of this episode :D

Can't WAIT to see more when S4 officially premieres! ^^

"funky" in the elevator got an outloud laugh, and almost nothing from this show ever causes me to really laugh. But I'll say no more so as not to spoil.

Really though, the episode was solidly meh, none of the new content introduced aside from a few (mostly just adapted) William things. No plot advancement beyond the obvious lyoko reboot, and the fighting was even solidly average. It was good, but not 'season opener' good if you ask me.

Basically this follows the leaked French synopsis, so all of you who have seen that will feel we're still in familiar territory. Hopefully once the season starts in earnest whenever they air next we'll start seeing the new interesting and different stuff.
