Im very excited to see this episode again. Even though I saw it the last time they played it, this episode will probably make me emotional again. Im suprised to say this, I never thought The Key, or all of Code Lyoko for that matter, could ever make me feel so strongly about a show and its characters.

the sheer intensity in this episode is brilliant, and just when you thought eveything failed, here comes franz hopper to save whats left of the day. well..besides Xana as the big floating vortex above the factory.

Too funny. My sis had a dream about that exact moment before it even happened... and so did I... at the exact same moment... in the exact same night... sometimes I think we are oracle twins because we can see the future in our dreams a lot of times... although we're not really twins

Anyway, she dreamed (at the time 'Code: Earth' was premiering, and remember, I dreamed this too) that that exact same thing was happening and Xana had big red eyes in the smoke... and she came out that morning saying 'XANA'S GOING TO GET OUT OF LYOKO!'

Will you look at that ^_^

Well, I definitely didnt see eyes in the smoke in the episode, so that kills that now.

You know...I didnt feel as sad this time as I did the first time...I wonder why.

that flashback part did bother me a bit though, not in a totally bad way, but in more of a sentimental flashback way. I cant describe what I felt when I saw that.

I had the same feeling. The flashback part wasn't my favorite. I really don't know why. Maybe because they didn't explain about the mother that much. Or it just came up so sudden. I'm not sure though. It just didn't feel right to me. Not sure if that makes any sense to you guys.

It makes perfect sense...The mother just disappearing...maybe they will bring out that fact in season 3...thats probably why they just flashed it out right there. There is a personal issue that I have with that particular part of the scene..if you want to know more about it pm me and ill explain..but other than the flashbacks...the episode was really good.

I also like the way Franz Hopper reactivates Lyoko, it just looks so cool.
