No, in that case, Nicolas. Nicolas's hobby is fishing, and Herb is not particularly athletic, so it seems unlikely he would know about outdoorsy things. Because Nicolas's hobby is fishing, he might know how to make a boat. Besides, he is a little smarter than he looks and sounds.
