It's my sister

my sister is boyfriends with this guy named max...he's pretty nice but he doesn't care about my other sisters or me my sister's gonna go marrie him and i won't be able to see her...he's been MAKING her come "Play" with him and it creeps me out. I've tried to talk to him to grow a relationship...he just treats me like a pet. i'm beginniing to get mad. (scratch that, I am MAD) I can do nothing i know she's gonna marrie him...Why can I see that he is a controling freak and it's just invisible to her!

I need some help because they've been going out for maybe a couple years and i heard them talking about when there gonna get married. I love my sister and she deserves better...what do I do?

In all honesty, there isnt much you can do. She may just have to learn the hard way. When you are in love, things are different. What you see and others see are two totally different things.

Meh...I gave this some thought for quite a while, and, unfortunately, I cannot come to any conclusion other than Highway Runner has said. It's hard to change someone's opinion or outlook on something, and it's even more difficult to actually make them change their ways, especially in a situation like this.

I'm sorry Jeimii, but I don't think there is much you can do for your sister. You're putting a lot of responsibility and stress on yourself for something that your sister should be watching out for. I'm sure everything will be alright though, and that Max isn't a bad guy.

Hm... I can't really form a yes or no on this one... how exactly does this guy treat your sister? Is he mean to her, does he cheat on her? How controlling is he... I mean does he get really angry when she doesn't jump at his every command? If he really is a bad guy, then she might be seeing him through rose-colored glasses. There's not much you can do except talk to her, or just state how you feel to her.

I can't really say much on how he treats you and your siblings. I'm married and I don't talk to my husband's siblings. Some people are just like that... they aren't too family oriented. If they were to get married, I think he would make more of an effort to get to know you, but it works both ways, y'know? I wouldn't take it personally unless he's very rude to you or makes it obvious that he dislikes you.

I hope you feel better. Most of all, it's very nice of you to think about your sister's happiness so much!

thanx for the help...he treats her like a play toy...when he's bored he calls. he freaks if she doesn't do what he wants and i'm 'bout ready to just TELL HIM OFF! i have to find a way to wilt the rose in the glasses.
but my sis loves him...i guess i..i'm just scared that my sweet sensitive sister is gonna have to learn the hard way and get a broken heart...he doesn't deserve her...more importantly she doesn't deserve This.

P.S if any of ya'll are christians (i don't care if your not) please pray for her, and me, i'm scared.
