Does anyone else do StepMania? It's DDR for your PC.

It's free, and fricken sweet, too. You can even make your own songs and put them on there. They also supply loads of their own songs, easy to install.

I want to try it out sooo bad. Dx But... this laptop is my dad's work laptop and I've been told 'not to put anything weird on it'.

Why it pwns DDR is 'cause you can use practically ANY song you want. As long as someone has made it compatible, you're set.

There's a video on Google video of someone playing Stepmania on Hyper with the song "Waka Laka" and not missing a single one. I'm watching it just going :shock: I couldn't even keep track of all the arrows that came flying up, it was crazy.

I've had this on my computer for some time, since I am devoid of Playstation and love the game.

I highly reccomend it. IT'S HYPER AND STUFF!

Also, if you play with the arrow keys, ya get higher scores. :D

My song, "Fascination MAXX (K2Chaos Remix)" got into the StepMix 2 Contest at StepMania.com.

So yeah, I'm featured on the StepMania website. It's cool.

I'm soooooo happy someone picked up on my musical talents.

How hard does everyone go? The hardest song I can do is the ITG version of "Summer ~Speedy Mix~" which is a 13 footer.

Wow. That looks like insanity.

Some of the hardest songs I think are in the 'Anarchy' sets. (They can be found on Anime Dreamer- it's in the link section). They've got one that goes up to 800BPM at one point (but only for a split second, I think- you'd die at 800BPM)

I know of a song that goes up to 999 BPM ("Tsupseudogamush" by Family Farce) and a song called "Robotix" that goes to 1337 (lol) BPM.

XD, I have about 4 confirmed for StepMix now, people really are catching on to my musical style. So far, people have stepped 2 of my Fascination remixes and "Vital Unity" and "502 Raver" respectively. One of the Fascination remixes has been on the board long enough to be posted on the main StepMania website,so I assume that's the one you want.
