Help finding game

Hello everyone, it's been awhile since I've been on here. I will make this short as I can, when I was younger (Circa 5-7 years ago) I played a game I found quite fun. It involved collecting different types of energy(Ex. Solar, wind, maybe water?) and you would use collected energy to either expand your base or buy new weapons. I know the rules for how the energy worked, it had to follow along the path you built (Don't think it could go across the enemies bridge but I'm not fully sure) and you had to have something to extend the range. I remember the basic weapon used solar energy to throw discs.

If this sounds familiar to anyone please help out. I know it involved the word "Storm" in its name. This was a game that was downloaded and not played via webpage.
