Woman Blames P. Diddy for 9/11, sues him for $910 Billion

Postby SilverPrince » Fri Jan 28, 2011 9:12 pm

This is a real court case.

The plaintiff, Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks, claims the following things:

    P. Diddy date raped her 24 years ago.
    P. Diddy later came back and sexually assaulted both her and "their" son.
    P. Diddy sexually assaults her and her son on a regular basis.
    P. Diddy broke their son's legs.
    P. Diddy, working with Rodney King, caused the World Trade Center to collapse.
    P. Diddy stole from her a chip that could be cashed in for casino winnings.
She is asking for the following things:

    A restraining order.
    $10,000,000,000 in child support.
    $900,000,000,000 in lost income.

The article says 100 billion, but I read the actual court documents because I wondered if there was anything else interesting in them, and it says ten billion. But still. She is suing "Sean John P. Diddy Combs" for a total of 910 billion dollars.

I can't believe the case wasn't thrown out or completely revised after the stupid notion of that much money for child support. I'm sorry but it does not take that much money to raise a child. Unless you want him to wear clothes made of gold.

For 910 billion dollars? More like clothes made out of God.

There is absolutely zero chance that this case will survive the initial hearing. I mean, I know the California justice system can be wonky, but still.

Either this will be the most egregious case of blatant gold digging in recorded history or this lady honestly believes every word of that claim and needs to be committed.

Does any one person even have that much money?

No one person has even a tenth of that. There are countries whose GDPs are less than that.

I'm pretty sure that Ms. Wilson Turks needs help. If she was just a gold digger she'd at least be semi-reasonable.

Forget a few jets, maybe a small country or something.

Doesn't really matter since she's never gonna get it.

This is why a "loser pays the court costs" system would be good.

That's disgusting. So where can we ship the idiots with these lawsuits then? I'm not working now, but when I am again I don't want that crap. D;

It is true, at least sometimes, the loser of the case pays the legal fees of the winner, but not for the costs of, say, paying the judge and the bailiff and expenses like that.

I don't think a loser pays the court system would be good, because chances are a vast majority wouldn't be able to pay. That would put the courts in massive debt, and then they wouldn't be able to function. Say whatever you want about the courts, but they are a pillar of this country.

And SAI, I'd wager that the portion of your wages in particular that are going to court cases are infinitesimally small. Think of how many tax payers there are in New York. And in the entire nation.

And, by the way, unless you live in California, no one's income paid for this. This was in a state court. Federal taxes don't pay for state courts.
