Scrappy. If only because I don't know who Tingle is, Jar Jar would drive me insane, and Scrappy would probably burn an escape route through the elevator with his hot head anyway.

Tingle is an irritating man-child, but if you play to his delusions, you might get him to crawl around through the vents and fix the elevator, or at least shut up.
