Is like a bad Jim Carrey movie the best of times, and needless pandering toward the tween generation the worst of it.

Discuss.

BTW, Icarly just tottally ripped off Rocko's Modern LIfe with the magic meatball thing. FU viacom

Nick bad? NICKELODEON BAD????

Dude, have you seen Cartoon Network at any point in the last few months?

I will grant you, they have been having better programing on CN in some cases, what with Clone Wars and Ben 10 (don't judge, I like the show. Much better than the prequel) and Transformers and other shows like that. But they still have Chowder, the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, that stupid Big Baby short, and the (shudder) Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. It's like they have to balance out EXACTLY to equal mediocrity...

Nick, I don't watch nick much anymore. It's either spongebob reruns or the live-action tweenish drama. If I want that, I'd watch... wait, I WOULD watch Nick.

F*CK YEAH! Chowder, Grim Adventures and FlapJack are some fine quality animated programming. Nickelodeon has turned into Disney-lite with it's live action bull. Viva La Animation

I liked Spongebob...

And Invader Zim, but I never knew how good it was until long after it'd been canceled.

At least Nick has their online section...
(yeah, the cool links in my old sig died. :( A few nerdy newish projects are here. )

They completely ruined Spongebob with the recent seasons.
Some of their ideas are good, but they've executed them horribly.
I really gotta fix up this theme

I haven't watched CN in quite some time, because they've gone from good to stupid. What ever happened to the old shows like Ed, Edd, and Eddy; Dexters Labatory, etc?

On nick, i only watch Spongebob, Avatar (big fan of), and occasionally that ghost show. Everything else is stupid.

I love Wikipedia... While looking threw a list of ICarly episodes...

38 "iCarly vs. Predator" Adam Weissman Dan Schneider February 16, 2009 212

As news spreads throughout Seattle of people being killed and skinned by an invisible assailant, Freddie's overprotective mother will no longer allow him to leave his apartment. Thus, to make sure their webshow goes on as planned, Carly and Sam hire a temporary new cameraman named Phil (played by guest star Nicholas Walstrom). However, Sam's steadily deteriorating mental state finally snaps when she and Carly are almost killed by the Predator. Sam's violent tendencies peak as she brutally murders Phil by bludgeoning him over the head with a baseball bat repeatedly. What she didn't realize was that iCarly was already airing live, and the murder was witnessed by millions of viewers. Wave after wave of police come to arrest Sam, but the Predator notices that the policemen are armed and kills all of them. He almost kills Sam as well, but spares her when he discovers she is pregnant. Sam realizes that, since she is homicidally insane, she probably isn't ready to take care of a baby. She uses a piece of technology she stole from the Predator ship to teleport the baby out of her and into Freddie, causing him to become the pregnant one. When Freddie's mother discovers he's pregnant, she kicks him out of the apartment. Thus, Freddie is able to be iCarly's cameraman again and everything is back to normal except for the hundreds of skinned corpses lying all over the place, which Spencer decides to use to make a giant meat sculpture of Phil, dedicated to his memory. After Freddie gives birth live on iCarly, the baby is accidentally set on top of the invisible Predator spaceship. The episode ends as the baby is carried off into space when the Predator leaves Earth.
Guest Star: Nicholas Walstrom as Phil

OMJ. That's hilarious.

iCarly Meets Fred was pretty good, except they didn't give him enough air time. I was looking forward to the David Archuleta one but then he was only on for like 3 minutes. The other guy, the fake runner-up, was funny though. Anyway, Meets Fred was better. Especially the raining cabbage one at the end.

But some of the others...?

Meh. I agree they've ruined SpongeBob. I watch h20 but only for like the Australian accents...and cute boys....lolz.

Everything else = fail.

Oh wait. Spectacular was pretty good. Not great. Just good xP

Nick right now is pretty good. It's not great, but the shows are okay and can give you laugh.

Like iCarly, which is not half a bad show. True Jackson VP is funny in my opinion. The only new typed show that owns all on Nick is Drake and Josh. :)

CN sucks now though. The only good shows on there that is new is: Ben 10: Alien Force, The Secret Saturdays, Pokemon (kinda) and 6teen. The rest totally suck.
My cousin on here is GinoLyoko12. :)

I cry for the younger generation.

One Nickelodeon moved in with this whole push towards Live Action stuff over Animation, I jumped to Cartoon Network and haven't looked back. Back in the day, kiddies, we only had like 3 live action shows. The rest of it? All Nicktoons, and hell they even had looney toons on there!

Cartoon Network is the shizzle, my nizzle. And anyone who's opinion isn't like mine has just been brainwashed by the pre-tween opium for the masses. Word.
