IS Sega "dead"

Postby mitchmcmichael » Wed Nov 28, 2007 7:21 pm

People have been saying how Nintendo has "killed" Sega. Well I have found some stuff wrong with that. First off Sega is still making games for not only all the systems but Sega is still making games for the Dreamcast. Also Nintendo never beat Sega. Sony was the company that beat Sega. Also there is word going around that Sega is using Nintendo to make money for a new system.

Just wanted to let you guys know. Oh and what are your thoughts?

I can't see Sega making a new system soon; they seem to be fairly comfortable with Nintendo. They do have similar attitudes...

Sega's not dying, though. Some people may complain about the recent Sonic games, but he's still running.
(yeah, the cool links in my old sig died. :( A few nerdy newish projects are here. )

If Sega was gone, we would disown the Genesis and go back to cartridges because Sega really invented CD gaming in the USA. NEC was for Japan. However, Sony took it to the max.
