1280x1024 is actually sort of a medium. 19 inch. Smallest I've heard of is 800x600, small/normal is 1024x768. The real big monitors are 1600x1200. Then there's widescreen, 1400x900, which is insane but smaller than the large screen.

I've got a normallish big screen.
