Oh wow, the ocarina? I've seen one before; it's like a black gourd with holes in it and a mouthpiece to blow in.

My friend from camp plays viola in his symphony orchestra; he said that one time, the ocarina player painted his ocarina blue to celebrate the US release of The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time.

I've been playing the clarinet for about... 5 or 6 years now. And I've been playing the flute about two. I can also play the guitar, I've been playing it for about 3 years, and I know the basics of a bass guitar, my dad taught me how to play it. I can also play the piano, but not very well, I only know the basics of that, and I only have a keyboard, not a full-blown grand piano.

I have knowledge on how to play percussion, [all percussion, not just drums] saxophone, french horn, trumpet, tuba, and oboe. That's just because my band director made us all learn 10 notes on almost every instrument he owned when I was in 5th grade. And, if you can play one instrument, it's pretty easy to learn how to play others.

Playing the notes, is way way easier than reading them....sharps, flats...all that good stuff...
