Look at G-Force's character Jin Ishiyama! You don't see G publicly complaining like that, now do ya? If David Gasman were allowed to speak about this issue, he would wholeheartedly agree that one of his characters WAS NOT created by some stoned loser!

This is rediculous, Unless he has some sort of reference meterial such as a charahter sheet directly naming the name/design of the charather that was copywritten by either mailing it to himself and leaving it sealed in a postmarked envelope or haveing a data file somehwere that shows it was not tempered with, then he's got nothing.

But to be honest, Code Lyoko uses a lot of very general or stock-tyoe scenarios and ideas, so the chances of an idea coming up in the show is very very likely. I can't tell you how many times i've seen my ideas come up in a plot or two.

Oh, but I'd like to note that when entering a contest like that, if you read the fine print they ususally say that whatever data you are sending thenbecomes the right to use it without credit. So if he submitted it and agred to it, whether he read it or not, it's their's now. If that is the case, unfortunately it's his fault for not reading a legal and binding contract.

Complete rubbish... I really hate people who just whine like that without thinling they're the ones who put themselves in that kind of situation.

There was no CL contest for being in the show or in CL particularly., other than that Wii one and Carl's Jr. thing.
