serial experiments lain

Some time ago I came over someone talking about how Eva and CL were alike but I got to thinking that serial experiments were more alike then Eva. Lain and Aelita both have a past that they can't understand. They both are tormented by an online force. There are alot of other little things that I saw in both shows. Does anyone else think so to, or at least like lain its one of my favs.

...I didn't understand Lain at all. I can't speak either way. I can only say SEN was really, really weird.

Don't feel bad no one understands Lain, thats why its so good it leaves you trying to fill in the gaps.
