Id like to get into this anime, but i have no idea where to start cause there are lots of versions of it, i believe.
Does anyone have any recommendations? or can tell me more about it other than it has people in giant robots?

My personal favorite Gundam series is G Gundam, and that's the only one I've been able to get into (I thought SD Gundam was okay, but I never really got into that), so I can't really tell you anything about the others. If I'm not mistaken though, alot of people perfer the other series. If you want to watch Gundam SEED, Cartoon Network currently airs it every other week on Saturday morning at 5 AM.
