I shall look it up and find out. But if it's by MoonScoop, don't get your hopes too high.

Edit:
I just YouTube, PutFile, and Google searched it. I didn't find anything on it anywhere. There was a Nintendo DS game that came up at the top of the page. But I'm not sure if it had anything to do with what we're talking about.

I wish Moonscoop would come out with more awesome tv shows like CL... -sigh-

It used to play in the early hours of the morning on CN, I watched 4 minutes of it and changed the channel.

MS is 733+ for CL and A Town Called Panic (expect nothing less from Aardman. xP), but... Pet Alien and Tootuff. Just...no.
