Quick forum update

I was messing around with the forum styling earlier today, and I finally got to implement something that there's been interest in. Serenity, the forum's default theme, is now available in fixed width and fluid width variants.

All users of Serenity have automatically been migrated to the fluid width version; if you want to change it, go to your User Control Panel and change your forum style from "Serenity - Fluid" to "Serenity - Fixed." If any bugs arise, please let me know ASAP and I'll get them sorted out on sight.
