My avatar won't be accepted

I can't get my avatar in, it passes all the required fields: it's 29KB and 99x99 size, but I can't get it accepted.
Anyone else having this problem? :cussout:

The site may have a bit of problems due to the recent transfer.

Suggestion: Host the avatar on Photobucket.com and paste the url to upload the avatar.

It could be the wrong file format, too.

The file format was correct. I tried all of the diff types...
I can't get an avatar on TL either.
