Sorry to ruin your fun, but most of them are spam bots. Sort the memberlist by total posts ascending, and see if you have the patience to reach a user with at least one post.

I said something similar to that in BKO. There are 23 pages of users with 0 posts. At 20 names per page that's 460 non-posting users as well as the spambots.

By now, I expect Star Way to get rid of the inactive users... she's been holding their deleting so long just so we can reach the "1000 users registered" mark.

Unfortunately the usercount inflation is true... many of our thousand are illigitimate accounts for one reason or another.

Realistically speaking, about half of them have ever posted, and quite a bit fewer than that are currently active. ^^;

But, on the other hand, the smaller communities are always closer, and I personally like LF just the way it is. (Easier to administrate, that's for sure!)

So let's hear it for LF, even if we're not *really* at the thousand user mark!!! ^___^

Spambots aside, 1000 is still nothing to sniff at - as for the 'active' users - I recently did a tally of members for the documentary and the number of people with around 20 posts or more is around 300 - a very substantial and praiseworthy number.

Congrats Star - you started a phenomenon - and we all owe so much to you - I mean, if I hadn't joined LF I'd never have gone to Paris, made friends with all the brilliant people I've met through the forums and Skype - heck I doubt I'd have survived my first year of university as well as I did without you guys to turn to for friendship and fun.

In trying to express my views on LF, all I can say is "Nil Unquam Simile" - 'there's northing quite like it!'
