You might be better served PMing Star Way and/or posting this in the Site Discussion forum...
I don't recall if phpBB2 will re-send a validation e-mail, but you're welcome to try. Try to log in with the account and you'll probably get a validation notice; there might be a link there to re-send the validation e-mail.

Like I said, just have him re-register, okay? We can work out username stuff later, if he wants his original username. (I'll delete that one, and he can change his name via profile editing panel.)
