Theme song page, minor layout changes

I've added a little page for the theme song of Code Lyoko. Currently it doesn't offer downloads of the song (though I hope to add those soon) but it does have the English version of the lyrics. (I know, not anything that's *that* special, but oh well. ;P)

I've also removed the 'interviews' page, because the interviews were wimpy and space-consuming. Also, three of the voice actors are now on my forum, so you all can just go ask your own questions.

Finally, I've made some minor layout changes. The footer is the most obvious change, but other than that it looks mostly the same. (Emphasis on 'looks'. Changing each page slightly is a big job. )

Hahaha, well, I have traced a few of you... but I usually only trace guests, just to see who's who.

Actually the e-mail address thing is for real. Even if you have your addy set to 'hidden' I can see it, no matter what. (And because account activation by e-mail is required, all addresses are acurate.)
