So about 2 weeks ago I was messing around on YouTube and found this video. Its apparently a video that was aired during a festival in 1999. As far as I can tell this is the first ever appearance of some of the characters in code Lyoko.

I've seen this before. It's quite surprising that the concept for Code Lyoko is so old.

I believe this was mentioned on some of the way older forums around here (including a debate on whether or not more of these videos were made and just not shared).

Either way, I came across this about half a year after discovering CL for the second time and it's still a good video. I do wish more of these were made in this kind of style.

I am amazed that the idea for some of the characters are that old. There are even a few of the background characters there too as well as Odd's Dog Kiwi.

I hadn't seen this before. It's oddly beautiful. One gets the impression Lyoko wasn't even originally a part of Code Lyoko. Might've been better that way.
