Also, I apologize if this comes off as arrogant, but I discovered two very simple problems with the 2D designs (I realized what they where when I watched some of the taped second season episodes I have): the lines / outlines are too thick, and the skin tones are too dark. Other than those two minor things, they're utterly perfect and I can't freaking wait to see them in action. As for everyone wondering about the canon thing, I think he just means that CLR will follow the couples already established in canon. Changing them around would anger people anyway.

This is somewhat on purpose as we don't want to exactly copy Moonscoop's original work (copyright and such...) so we might end up using this style. However nothing is set in stone at this point in time.

You won't be infringing upon copyright unless you charge people to watch it. By the way, I wasn't saying I didn't like the work you guys have done, I was just pointing out the differences.

OddxSissi seems to be the best pairing for both of them because Sissi is very strong-willed and can leash Odd from going after other girls whereas Odd can help Sissi become a better person. I personally like OddxSam more, but location prohibits them from advancing their relationship, not to mention the events of Season 3 Finale.

Updates

- We wish to welcome Planet Cool and Lyokosui (from Lyoko Freak) into our team as English scriptwriters.

- We wish to welcome Carth (from Lyoko Freak) into our team as a Graphic Designer.

So far, we, the team, have been working on animation tests and creating artwork to accompany the episode. Soon, writers will be given the storyline, and the script will be written. Afterwards, characters will be animated as they would be in the episode (with correct gestures). This entire process will take some time, and without effort from the entire team, it will be impossible.

We're assuming about a month of animation/scripting/designing, and half a month to "tidy" up the episode. We plan on having the episode localized/translated into other languages via subs (or even dubs, depending on the amount of reception) at the time of release.

Hi everyone, been a while since anyone has been on this thread. Well, it's been around six weeks since the last update and there has been no word either here or on the official website. Also, the conversations on Skype have stopped. Just checking in on the progress for I've been on my toes this whole time waiting to write scripts with Planet Cool and waiting to get the email giving me the green light.
