I don't think they should kill off a main character yet. Someone from Kadic could die, if for no other reason than to prove that X.A.N.A. means business. But the main characters should stay for now, wait til season three to start killing them off, if at all.

For sure... Team Lyoko saved the Kadic students several times... they will regret it as their first serious failiure...

No one's parents have a major role though. We've only even seen Ulrich's and Yumi's.

I know, but if you kill them, their lifes definately would change... imagine Yumi's parents getting killed. Her relatives might take her back to Japan... think about it...

Taking her back to Japan doesn't mean to kill her... she might escape from there and come back... who knows? Antefilms aren't like Joss Whedon to vanish up for no reason their characthers...

But they are trying to keep it realistic, and somehow Yumi escaping her evil relatives and hopping a plane back to France without getting caught and dragged back kicking and screaming doesn't seem very realistic.

Then again, the guys would probably help her, so she probably could pull it off.

well i doupt they would kill off a main character, also, if someone dies, then they go back, then would they still be alive?, which, if so, would make it kinda difficult to kill off a character, without xana winning

i was reviewing the clip for the second season in my mind. I remember that the Lyoko gang where all killed in Lyoko and Aelita had to come to Earth. Does that mean X.A.N.A actually won?
does that mean somebody died?

Actually, Terra was turned to stone, she never died. The Titans said they were going to get her a cure. I just kind of wish she had Died, though. I never liked her.

It's hard to kill people off in kids' shows... They can have life-threatening situations, or (like the TT thing described above) they can be given sort of.... problems that are *like* death, but still fixable.

Even the bad guys aren't usually killed off. Either they become good, or somehow merge with the good guys, or are just sent away to live on the moon. lol.

well, like the terra situation [i know she was turned to stone, but shes effectivly dead] they might indirectly get rid of them, e.g. trapped inside a digital vortex and the only way out is to defeat xana, so they wouldnt come back t'ill the end of the series,

Darn it!! I HATE that rating. God, they should make it PG-13. The Kadic guys are 13... and they should adapt to reailty.

If it was rated PG-13, or TV-14, it'd probably be in Adult Swim. I think it's better off as it is.
