The Creators Of Code Lyoko

If you check out the opening credits for Code Lyoko, youll find that the creators of the show are called Tania Palumbo, Carlo de Boutiny, and Thomas Romain. Tania is also artistic director for the show which is codirector I guess. If you met them, what would you do? I would say thank you for making this wonderful show that has captivated this fan and so many others.

I'd say what inspirated you to make the show of code lyoko?..and how'd the characters come about.

I'd totally comment on the artistic style of the show. Why the foreheads? And what's with the music? I'd love to hear more variety besides the Code LYOKO theme song played over and over again. (Not to say it's a bad one, but repetitive.)

And what inspired them, anyway? How was the transition from Garage Kids to Code LYOKO? Difficult? Easy? Stuff like that, because I'm lame.

Yeah, but admittedly there aren't too many of them. (Or I can't remember them all. Either one works.) But seriously, in the first few episodes, the Lyoko theme song was just about the only background music playing.

Perhaps they hadn't composed all the other music by then for those first few episodes. Perhaps later, their composers came up with a few more tunes that they added to the show. That's why I really wish they'd make a "Making of Code Lyoko" book...we'd be able to see the composers, the animators, the character design team, the storyboard artists and all that other awesome stuff!

...and then, of course, there's the one that Finson composed for his movie in "End of Take"...

That's why I really wish they'd make a "Making of Code Lyoko" book...we'd be able to see the composers, the animators, the character design team, the storyboard artists and all that other awesome stuff!

...and then, of course, there's the one that Finson composed for his movie in "End of Take"...

The funny thing about that was that I thought that was actual background music. Only when I saw EoT the second time around did I realize it was "within the show" music (like "Glad When You're Bad").

Speaking of which...and this is why sometimes Cartoon Network amuses me as far as quirks go, but on one of the Sundays when they played "Killer Music", CN seemed to be having sound difficulties, as the volume got real low, and even turning up the volume didn't do much. It stayed like that for most of the episode...until the scene when XANA takes over Nurse Dorothy's radio. The sound went back to normal right at that moment, and since I still had my volume up... ^^;

Then again, maybe that was my VCR...or my TV...it might not have been CN at all...although it was rather amusing afterwards.

But I think CL has some really cool music. I really like alot of the music that plays only during Lyoko scenes, in particular. I do adore that theme song though.

Lots of somewhat messed up stuff happened in the beggining...Odd changed voice actors, only showing the cl scene transition for a few episodes (thank god it didnt continue), jeremie sounding like he's going through puberty (his voice sounded a little different a lot of times). And of course, the music thing, which I just happened to notice.
