I know someone who would want to join this (I was actually wondering if there was a fanlisting for her for him, so this is serendipitous, I guess). Mind if I tell him about it?
I really gotta fix up this theme

....huh. o-o
Good for them, I guess. Heaven knows, Sissi could do with some love. (Actually, I'm a little surprised there wasn't already one. There seems to be at least one fangroup for every fictional character EVER on DA.)
No, I am not a hardcore fan. Sorry.
And I did not make my profile pic.

Sure! Go ahead! The more, the merrier!

The State Opening of the Sissi Delmas Fan Club

The State Opening is a lavish ceremony. First, the cellars of the Fan Club are searched by the Yeomen of the Guard in order to prevent a modern-day Gunpowder Plot. The Plot of 2005 involved a failed attempt by Anti-Sissi fans to blow up the Fan Club and kill both the Ultimate Sissi Fan BriteStarRobot and aristocracy. They failed because they stupidly forgot to disguise themselves! Since that year, the cellars have been searched, recently for the sake of form only. Before the monarch departs her residence, the Lyoko Freak members that make up half of the Fan Club takes a member of Deviantart's Sissi fandom to Delmas Castle as a "ceremonial hostage" (read: fanservice). This is to guarantee the safety of the Sovereign as she enters a possibly-hostile Fan Club. The hostage is released upon the safe return of the Queen, where he or she will then post her time in the Castle as a Journal entry. Before the arrival of the Sovereign the Imperial State Coronet is carried to the Palace of Delmas in its own State Coach. From the Delmas Tower, the Coronet is passed by the Queen's Bargemaster (Herb to his friends) to Barby-Uchiha's office. It is then carried, along with the Phone of State and the Earrings of Maintenance, to be displayed in the Royal Gallery for Sissi fans to rightfully drool over. The Gallery is security-tight to prevent said items from being sold on EBay.

Queen Sissi Delmas arrives at the Palace of Delmas in a horse-drawn coach, entering through Sovereign's Entrance under the Delmas Tower. Traditionally, members of the armed forces line the procession route from the Fan Club Headquarters to the Fan Club itself, otherwise known as the Sissi Delmas Fan Club. The Pink Flag is hoisted to replace the DeviantArt Logo upon the Sovereign's entrance and remains whilst she is in attendance. Then, after she takes on the Robes of State and the Imperial State Coronet in the Robing Chamber (again security-tight to hold back male members), the Queen proceeds through the Royal Gallery, usually accompanied by screaming, drooling fans to the Chatroom. The ceremony is traditionally held in the Chatroom rather than on the Message Board due to a custom initiated in the early stages of the twenty-first century. In 2003, an Anti-Sissi fan entered the Message Board and attempted to spam five members. The Speaker famously banned the Anti-Sissi fan, refusing to inform him as to where the rest of the Sissi fans were hiding. Ever since that incident, convention has held that not just any person can enter the Fan Club. Once on the Throne, the Queen, wearing the Imperial State Coronet, instructs the Club by saying, "My Fans, pray be seated for my First Comment and refrain from drooling on the floor", she then motions the Fan Club Founder to instruct the Fan Club Official with the username 'Black Rod' (named for the symbol of his office on his avatar) to summon the Fan Club Members.

The Fan Club Founder raises his or her wand of office to signal to the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, who has been waiting in the Chatroom's lobby. Black Rod turns and, under the escort of the Doorkeeper of the Fan Club and an inspector of police (who orders "No photography!" to all persons along the way), approaches the doors to the Chatroom. The doors are slammed in his face upon his approach – symbolising the independence of the Club and its right to debate without the presence of the Admins. He then strikes three times with his staff (the Black Rod), and is then admitted. Afterwards, the Fan Club Founder will then pick up the staff and smash it on Black Rod's head three times, purely for the Hell of it. At the Bar, Black Rod bows painfully to the Speaker before proceeding to the Hospital Bed and issuing the command of the Monarch that the Members attend, in the following formula:

"Mr/Madam Speaker, The Queen commands this honourable Fan Club to attend Her Majesty immediately in the Chatroom. Ow, my aching head!"

The Speaker proceeds to attend the summons at once. The Co-Admin picks up the ceremonial mace and, with the Speaker and Black Rod, leads the Fan Club as they walk, in pairs, towards the Chatroom. By custom, the members saunter, with much discussion and joking, rather than formally process. This part of the Ceremony is often known as the "Walk of Memes". The Founder of the Fan Club and the Creator of Lyoko Freak usually walk side-by-side, leading the two lines of SFs (Sissi Fans). The Members then arrive at the Bar of the House of Lords (no person who is not under eighteen years of age may attend the Bar when it is in session; a similar rule applies to most public inns), where they bow to Sissi. Black Rod remains at the Bar for something to soothe his head.

The Queen reads a prepared speech, known as the Blog Post from the Throne or the Queen's Speech, outlining her Fan Club's agenda for the coming year. The speech is not written by Sissi herself, but rather by the Admins of Lyoko Freak, and reflects the legislative agenda for which they seek the agreement of both Lyoko Freak itself and the Sissi Delmas Fan Club. It is traditionally written on goatskin vellum, and presented for Her Majesty to read by Rhys Davies, who then, rather than turning his back on Her Majesty, executes an awkward manoevre in walking backwards down the steps of the throne. Rumour has it that occasionally, Her Majesty actually pushes Mr. Davies down the steps of the throne as a reminder of Lyoko Decoded. In fact, a recording was made avaliable for part 3 of the documentary, which along with part 2 has been wiped by the BBC purely for shits and giggles. The whole speech is addressed to "My Perfect Followers of the Fan Club", with one significant exception that Her Majesty says specifically, "Admins and Founders of the Fan Club, my beautiful body will be laid before you, so knock yourself out", since they are superior to normal members. The Queen reads the entire speech in a cute tone, implying neither approval nor disapproval of the proposals of Her Majesty's Club: the Queen makes constant reference to "My Club" when reading the text. After listing the main topics to be debated on during the session, the Queen states: "other fanart, cosplay photos and fanfiction will be laid before you", thus leaving the Club scope to introduce rules not mentioned in the speech. The Queen mentions any Skype Visits that she intends making and also any planned Meebo Visits of other Lesser People to Fans Everywhere during the Fan Club session. The speech is concluded by the Queen blowing a kiss and saying:

"My Fans and Members of the Sissi Delmas Fan Club, I pray that the blessing of Almighty Palumbo and Romain may rest upon your counsels".

Following the speech, the Members bow again and return to their Homepages, where they post Journal entries saying how 'awesomesauce' the whole session turned out to be and what a dire shame Sissi only appeared in Part 1 of Lyoko Decoded, now the only fan-based recording with The Queen in since 2007. Traditionally, the members of the Sissi Delmas Fan Club listen to the Queen's Speech respectfully, neither applauding nor showing dissent towards the speech's contents before it is debated. They are allowed to drool, though. This silence, however, was broken in 2006, when the Queen announced MoonScope's plan of abolishing Herself for a majority of the episodes in Season 4. A few Admins from Lyoko Freak cried "OMG" and "Meh," prompting several of the Fan Club members to shout "No!" and "Shut up!" The Queen continued delivering her speech without any pause, ignoring the intervention. The conduct of those who interrupted the speech was highly criticised at the time, but no-one noticed as they were all too busy mourning the loss of Sissi's potential scenes in Season 4 episodes!
