Basically, all you have to do is draw Sissi in any of Miss Yvonne's dresses, or make up your own dress as long as you use an Yvonne dress as a template. DON'T draw her in a poofy wig though.

Miss Yvonne is the woman who often came to visit Pee-wee. She was obsessed with being beautiful ("Beauty is my life!") and wore gaudy, poodle skirt dresses.
