desincarnation wrote:Looks like that presentation I found was taken off Moonscoop's website. Now there's a new pdf with time stamp February 11th 2011. Of course it does not mention anything like a new series. It's similar to old Reloaded pdf, just updated with some new info about broadcasting and merchandise.

Actually, on the second slide, it mentions something about a live action/animation season in development on the fifth bullet point. Also, on slide 27, it mentions something about a live stage production in Spain this May.

I'm not sure about your Certifications, but I don't think the CompTIA certifications come with a warning saying that if you hack you loose them. I'll ask around since I'm actually curious about this now

I was always told by my now ex boss that CompTIA could revoke any certification if you where convicted of any computer related crimes, of course she was the one who paid for me to get those certs. So I could be wrong.

Even if that isn’t the case it’s still illegal and no one on this forum should attempt it.

I did not read that presentation very thoroughly... my mistake. Thanks for pointing that out. There is such point indeed. Which means... something is really going on. :o
Slide 27... is very interesting. I wonder how is this live show going to look like.(my no to Yumi's greenish hair.) It reminded me of Carth's Lyoko! The Musical for some reason...
...We'll find out in May. Hopefully. :D

For the greenish hair, I think that's just the lighting. But yeah, If I could afford to go to Spain, I'd check it out. Oh well, maybe it'll be an international thing if it does well enough.

Well, for the people who didn't catch the PDF the first time around, I've uploaded it to my Dropbox account.
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15285778/CL_reloaded_va.pdf
Be wary, though, since download speeds are slow here. You probably wanna save it.

In regards to the new PDF...
So much for Chronicles being "worldwide" if it's not in the US. Oh well, at least Teebs <s>had been</s> is translating them.
Also, the live action season... they're basically confirming it with this new PDF. I'm not sure what to make of this.
I really gotta fix up this theme

Making it sound like if Code Lyoko was still an awesome show.

Lol @ Lyoko on ice. Might be easier to pull off compared to the other 3 sectors.

Still better than the pdf with Bieber and Cyrus, but that's not saying much.

Amen to that. :)

Madrid as a location for the stage show is a bit much in my opinion, though.

Nothing wrong with Madrid from a business standpoint. Somehow, CL is still popular in Spain, probably more than in the States in order to get an ice show thing.

If I lived in Spain, I might check it out for the hell of it... but I am not fond of the Spain spanish accent at all.

It's called "Lyoko on ice" and most franchises that feature ice-skating shows tend to be named as something like "Friends on ice"; franchise name first and then add "on ice".

I think the Ice Sector is the easiest sector to pull off an live action show. You can fake easier a digital sea compared to the other 3 sectors where you can fall a big distance before getting de-virtualized.

Nowhere on the presentation does it say it's an ice show. It just says 'Code Lyoko Live Show'; there's no mention of ice whatsoever. That was just the guy's username and his misinterpretation of it.

F*ck me. You're right. My bad.

Well, I still think it would be easier to pull off the Ice Sector than the other ones on stage.

An ice skating show could draw abit more for CL, but I doubt that they would raise the production budget for a CL show.

The one problem that immediately pops up at me is that it seems a little unlikely for a Moonscoop VP not to know about stuff regarding one of his company's own shows. I mean, he does know about the stage show, but not about the other presentation? That raises a flag in my mind, though it could just be paranoia since Game Freak didn't know about Mew until after Pokémon Red and Green were released in Japan, so theoretically it could happen here.

If it's legit, though, I guess we have something to look forward to!

I think that's because that other presentation was fake and that was his way of saying it. If the VP doesn't know about it, then that means that MoonScoop went behind his back to post it or some fan hacked the site, and I'm leaning towards the latter.

Well, if you want to do it, tell SL that I still have a copy of the presentation on my Dropbox, if Mr. DiLorenzo is interested.

And on the show's Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/CodeLyoko

Thoughts anyone?
