Stonecreek wrote:That and the fact that the pack of lies may have somne shred of truth to it. She mentions that Mr. Delmas has been locking himself in the basement while at home, implying that he lives either on a house on-campus or a home off-campus. Also, by default, Sissi seems to know of his evening activities, so how muich time does she actually spend in her dorm room? Of course, this was in her pack of lies, so the info may not be credible, but it''s worth mulling over.

XD To quote Freud (sort of), "Sometimes a pack of lies...is just a pack of lies." ^^

I'm sure her father lives in a house near the school, but we know Sissi stays at Kadic most of the time as we've seen her there in the mornings, afternoons and evenings throughout the episodes. She does go on vacations with her father to her grandparents though apparently ("Holiday in the Fog") and when she's grounded...she's not grounded to stay wherever her father lives but to her dorm ("Final Mix").

*sweatdrops* I actually found her whole story mildly amusing. She came up with it on the spot and apparently her acting skills have improved since "Laughing Fit" because I'd give her story and performance two thumbs up and a ten out of ten in "quickest ways to get a school evacuated (other than pulling the fire alarm)". :*D

She definately has a lot of confidence in her acting abilities, probably is her dream, by the way she goes about, being Juliet in the school play, trying to get into James Finson's latest movie, and I can't think of any other reason she would willingly act in Odd's movie other than another chance to be in the limelight when she dislikes him so much. Come to think of it, she would have to be a decent actress if Ulrich would willingly ask her to pose as Yumi in "A Fine Mess".

Doh, yeah, I meant Missing Link. I said A Fine Mess because that was today's rerun. Darn my absent-mindedness.

XD Good catch.

The fact that CL can switch from believably futuristic technology to an existing invention and not recreate it very accurately kind of has it's own whimsical charm really.

It's kind of like in "Laughing Fit"...that whole episode is actually based off of one gigantically classic cartoon cliche...as, in real life, "laughing gas" doesn't actually make you laugh (as it's too hard to operate or do dental work on anyone who's busting a gut). :*D

Sissi was very sweet in this episode. Call me obsessed all you want, but I strongly wished Jeremie didn't act so stubborn and allowed Sissi to keep her memories.

But then she would've been gloating about kissing Ulrich (and Yumi would of killed her...)

Hmm, how many Sissi fans found their hopes rising through this episode, only to have them demolished with the inevitable "RETURN TO THE PAST NOW!"

I know that moment was surprising... too bad she couldn't remember it anymore.

BTW... I added a poll. Enjoy! ;)

Personally, I rather enjoyed this episode and consider it to be one of my top favorites. Sissi's acting job and the kiss really stood out to me as memerable moments in the episode. Another memerable moment has to be the conversation that occures after the RTTP. This is due to the possible repercussions that could result if Yumi ever found out about the kiss. Can you say "Frountier"?

Actually, I would argue against that. I don't think Yumi hates anyone...with the exception of XANA, most likely. What she doesn't like about Sissi is that (throughout the first season) she was conniving and very rude. Compound that onto the fact that Sissi still hasn't given up on stealing the guy she loves from her, and you can see why they aren't exactly the best of friends. ^^

However, she obviously doesn't hate her. If she did, she wouldn't have bothered saving Sissi in "End of Take" or "Plagued" (and this was before Sissi did her any favors or started acting nice). Yumi doesn't hate her. At best, she dislikes her greatly, but Yumi doesn't let petty differences get in the way of doing what's right. :)

Hate with a hint of grudging respect, I think. But she'd still punch her out if she found out about that kiss...

Yumi dislikes Sissi, but hate, nah...thats a bit strong. Even though she dislikes Sissi, I notice she will still give her the respect...but Sissi usually finds a way to not earn the respect...if you understand my drift.

It's the commen thing seen in school...the most preppy girl in the school likes a guy...the toughest chick in the school likes the same one...preppy chick says something mean, tough chick relates, and boom, we have what the Yumi v.s. Sissy thing was...in the first season...now, Yumi has seen that Sissy isn't totally evil (sometimes) and can be nice...I don't think they'll ever be friends...but not complete and totally enemies either...
