S4 Episode 26: Bad Connection

Anyway, this episode was...rather good...for a filler. But the Xanafication thing seemed strange, since the Xanafied people seemed like they were trying to act like they weren't Xanafied, and were just crazy...and it was totally obvious that they WERE Xanafied, so...I don't know. :neutral: But I've never heard Xanafied people talk that much.

Three things I noticed.


Aelita had an orb and a wave of angery circling it on her palm when she used Creativity. Is this normal now?


It seemed this time that Xanta-Claus (Lawlzorz bad puns FTW!) had a weaker hold on so many people, because it was controlling so many people at once. Perhaps this is a problem when Xana keeps the higher functions of the brain under less influence?


The Lyoko Fight was useless. Seriously. Why can't Aelita just fly up to the tower?


Overall, a very fun episode

Well, after reading the summary I was hoping for a few more Odd/Sissi moments... still, the one we got at the end was really cute! At least we know Odd's little crush on Sissi from their first encounter is still there, though I'm sure he's still just turned off by her personality. Now that she's friends with the group, maybe Odd will finally get up the nerve to ask her out... Still holding out hope for them to reconsider and make a season five, but if not, there's always OxS fanfiction ^_^

Also, Odd's parents are awesome.

If they were XANA-fied, they would have fainted when the tower deactivated. They didn't however (and too bad, because Mr. Delmas would have made Sissi fall off the roof and Mrs. Della Robbia do the same to Odd). My bet is on that virus idea.

Hehheh, I'd have to agree. That isnt shown much, but I believe it is technically canon. *shrugs* Overall, I liked the episode. It was really funny. And Odd's mom and dad dress opposite. His mom is dressed for winter, whereas his dad is dressed for Hawaii 8.9/10

I give it a 7.5 because of the plot and a 9.5 for the OddSissi goodness, and what it up with the issue of Jim's mobile phone? First it's pink with sparkles and a heart charm (probably really belonging to Suzanne), and now it's black!

Sissi's gone nuts now! Now it's time for the other episodes!

I've got one thing to say about this episode: everyone had a serious case of the stupids! It semed everyone's IQs were non-existant. OFfcourse, that made for brainlss fun that was a blast to watch, so I shouldn't complain, but it is what stuck with me after repeated watchings.

His cell phone was shown in another episode, Hard Luck. At the end, Odd finds a cell phone belonging to his latest crush, and he recieves a text message to give the cell phone back to the mystery owner under the arches. But he discovers its Jim, who apparently owns a pink and girly cell phone. (Girly isn't deragatory in any way; its just used as a generalization.)

Also, this episode wasn't one of XANA's more planned out attacks. If anything, he could have just possessed everyone like he normally does, which would have been much more effective.
