An Energy Projectile that also blocks attacks? That's lame? Hardly. And wait until you see what it does against Megatank blasts...

About a week ago, I would agree with you, but I've grown to like Aelita so far this season. She's not the weakling she usually is.

Anyway...

My favorite part this episode:

"By the way, thanks for saving me, Ulrich."-Yumi.
"What wouldn't I do for you?"-Ulrich.

...Aww. <3

I liked the way the monster could change its shape to hide...like it was hiding on the ceiling in the factory, that was cool.

Did Jim really have a whole turkey on his tray? And could he really have eaten that whole thing by himself?

Jim's stomach is as big as my chair. (Which is pretty big.)

Plus, since when do they show the credits?

With Jim, there's a distinct possiblity he was an eating contest champ at some time in the past, but he'd rather not talk about it.:)

Probably because there was a movie coming up next, rather than the rest of the Miguzi block. (I'm glad they did. I quite like that ending.) The Miguzi credits are little more than a promo and a segue right into the next show - was probably easier to just axe it entirely rather than leave it and have to cut it before the Pokemon promo started. You'll note they also didn't run a "coming up next" bumper after coming back from the last commercial break.

HEY. Ben 10 is cool. Better than that Monkey show, or whatever.

In any case, I would normally like this episode because of the Odd/Aelita moments (I swear, they're getting more implicative each time around. Are their screenshots up yet?), but the Yumi/Ulrich ones were well-played too. Felt bad for poor William; he's such a romantic. Ulrich's voice-actor was severely off in the beginning of the episode, but got much better as it progressed.

Fight scenes were SWEET- anyone else see a parallel between Odd saving Aelita and Ulrich saving Yumi? And that Jeremie sounded irritated at Odd's act of chivalry in front of Aelita? Jeremie/Aelita/Odd is nigh canon, I say.

The giant mound of food could've been done better- it didn't have very fluid animation. Still, I liked the episode.

It could've been somethign smaller, like a Cornish game hen or a pheasant, or just a small roitessere (sp.?) chicken.
