Then I go to Microsoft.com to find good ol' IE6 that doesn't crash every 15 seconds, so I get that, but it won't install because IE7 is already there!!!
So then I go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Windows Components and find IE there. So I read the text. "Check the boxes of the applications you would like to add/remove." So I check the IE box and continue. Guess what. IT REMOVES EVERYTHING BUT INTERNET EXPLORER.
That includes MS Paint, the only photo editor I have on my laptop, along with all these other great things. So then I try and undo the action, but it tells me that it needs the Microsoft XP CD to do it, but I can't find that!!
...so THEN I try and manually remove Internet Explorer from the hard disk by using the File Browser, but it says "Access Denied"! So now I have a terrible version of Internet Explorer and no photo editing software. Me:
