I am so angry!
I've been flirting with this girl when a friend of mine, A GOOD FRIEND AT THAT,comes around and yanks away my opportunity!I was about to make it and -YOINK- he comes 'round and steals my chance.I've been keeping my cool for about 3 months,always feeling rage inside and hanging out with him like nothing ever happened.I feel like i can't take it anymore,i want to kick his @$$ and can't do jack s***!i am the leader of a group of friends and basically the token nice guy in my grade.Whenever i'm around him,i have to hold back tears of rage and my hand starts to twitch and curl into a fist.I've had so many opportunities to beat his @$$ and couldn't because my consience wouldn't let me.I feel so angry and bad,that i'm willing to let out my inner drunk mexican anger on that b**ch.I've wanted to always yell so bad and my grades are dropping like a small child tied to an anchor in the Atlantic Ocean.
I'm going out of my mind and am having trouble hiding it.I want to beat something so bad and i just don't care what it is.In fact,sometimes out of pure anger,i shout something in angry german language and do the Hitler salute.That's how i release anger i guess.My hand is twitching tyyping this right now.

Any suggestions before i go out of my f***ing mind?

Confrontation, if this guy had the nerve to take your chance away, he's not really your friend. At least, I would think. My thumb goes down. Beat him to the ground.
Do this, this attack is so easy and effective, some of the weakest people around could do it. All you need is speed. Use the basic offensive stance. With your left arm extended in front of you, and your right arm tucked back by your ribs. Make sure your right fist is clenched an your left hand is opened. But the side of your hand should be facing him. Bring your left hand back slightly, and fling it out as fast as you can. Chop him lightly on the brige of the nose. This is to distract him from the next attack. As quickly as you can, bring back the chop, and line up your shoulders facing him on your right side. Thrust out your right fist and open it so the palm makes contact. Don't hit him with your fingers, you might break them. For this attack, aim for his diaphragm (Do you know what that is?). If you did it right, one of two things will happen. He will either fly back two or three feet, or he will lose his breath. If he gets launched back, leap towards him, and pound your fist into his stomach. If he looses his breath: Put both of your hands to the right side of your body. Join them at the vain in your wrist with your hands open. Launch out both of your arms as hard as you can, aim for his stomach. Make sure your right hand is on top and your fingers point up, and your left hand is on bottom with fingers pointing left.
Invert the directions (switch right with left and left with right) if you're left handed.

Fighting doesn't solve anything. It'll only serve to make things worse and possibly get you into trouble with either the authorities or your school.

I would suggest that you quickly stop being friends with this person, particularly if that was indeed what he told you when you asked him why he did this to you.

I would also suggest that you talk to this girl. I know you might think it's "too late" now to do anything about it, but talking to her about your feelings might help solve your problems. She may not like this other person as much as she likes you. Tell her honestly how you feel and let her make the choice.

Things will turn out far better through talking than with fighting. Violence is never the answer.

I didn't mean "fly off the handle at her". I meant sit down and calmly explain how he's felt about her. From what he's said, it sounds like they've been friends for quite some time, so I sure she knows him well enough. The main point is, talking will solve things alot better than violence on any side. Even if the girl doesn't accept his feelings and chooses to stay with his friend, though this might hurt, it will not get him into trouble with anyone else, and will also give some sense of closure and allow him to move on if worst comes to worst. Things will turn out okay for you in the end, either way, I'm sure, Aceilikeeggs. ^_^

Three weeks ago, this guy who was about twice my size in height, weight, and almost width was trying to distract me from a hockey game in school. He was talking about my mother while I was tending the goal and moving it out from behind me. I swore I would hit him after gym class because I was too busy with the game now. As soon as I saw him after class. I pulled his fat self in the middle of the hall and knocked it down with that precice combo. So go right ahead, because you can be confident it will work, and he deserves it now as it is.

One more thing, if you think you might want to use those, make sure you study them carefully, and practice them a lot. Because its one thing to be weak. But if you're slow too, and you don't hit the right spot at any point in time, they're useless.
