Logitech Mouse problems

Postby TheAppleFreak » Sat Oct 11, 2008 10:48 am

Hi.
Normally, I would be posting to help solve answers here, but now I am stumped.
A couple of months ago, I got a Logitech keyboard and mouse set for my Mac. It was the Cordless Desktop 510 or something. It was designed for XP and Vista, but I downloaded their Mac drivers from their website. Now, earlier this week, my mouse began acting sluggishly, by not moving as fast as I had set it to move. Then, it refused to click on stuff, namely links in Safari or on icons in my Dock. THen, it began to lower the volume without my prompting it too. I thought it might have been a software glitch, and I redownloaded their drivers. That came to no avail, because about 5 minutes ago, it suddenly lowered the volume, and it refused to raise it.
It hasn't ever acted up until now, and I checked the battery levels on each; they appear to have strong batteries.
If anyone can shed some light on this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

Locking for necropost and because the problem has long since been fixed.
