Hi, just got some new parts for my cheep main computer (i need a job :( )

Main computer: custom made
HDD: 120 Gig samsung IDE, 120 gig segate SATA-I 1Tera Samsung SATA-II
CPU: Intel Pentium dual core 2.52 ghz
Ram: 3 Gig DDR 2 800 Front side bus
Monitor: Benq 15" (possibly 17) LCD
Wireless: N/A (got to find my old wireless N card)
Video card: Nvidia/MSI NX8400GX PCI-E 512 MB RAM onboard and 512 shared
Secondary monitor: Dell CRT 14", My old 13" T.V
OS: Windows XP (VM and secondary), Windows 7 RC1 (Vm and primary), Linux mint, ubunto Linux, mandriver Linux
Motherboard: MSI (model unknown)
Case: Coolermaster HAF 922
Power supply: 1000 wat bottom supply

Secondary computer: Custom made-OLD AKA media center
HDD: 120 gig IDE Samsung X2 raided
Processor: Amd 3.0 Ghz 936 pin X64
Ram: 4gig DDR1 800 Mhz Front side bus
Monitor: 42" plasma TEAC T.V
Video card: ATI radon 9800 AGP 256 Meg ram 512 shared
LAN: Realtec gigabit card
Wireless: Belkin Pci wireless G
OS: windows 7 RC1
Motherboard: Gigabyte Ga-k8ns

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium + Ubuntu on external HD
Memory: 2GB RAM, 3GB Pagefile
Processor: Dual Core Pentium 2.99GHz
Hard disk: 138GB internal (Windows partition, generic), 250GB external (Maxtor dual USB, used for Ubuntu 9.04 (currently broken) and general storage)
Flash disks: (from left to right) 2GB for development, 32MB for no reason other than antiquity, 4GB portable Ubuntu installation, 2GB PortableApps (not functional), 2GB PortableApps (not functional)
Sound: Stereo Dell speakers, Sony noise canceling headphones
Webcam: Logitech, max res. 1280x960
Monitor: 1440x900
GFX card: Not sure
Keybards: Dell, two
Mouse: Generic USB (formerly a cordless, but it stopped working)

Not going to bother with any more details. Here's a slightly outdated picture of my setup.

Here is a couple of pictures of the room i keep my main computer in first (i think), second, third, forth, floor last one. Sorry that theres so many but i couldn't get the entire room in the picture.

ObjectDock is a wonderful piece of software.

One minor update to my setup: both Windows 7 and Ubuntu 9.04 (soon to be upgraded) are on one hard disk now, in two partitions, and the external HD is being used for general storage. I like this a lot more than having everything jumbled around.

I am now running primarily Linux on my system.

GoboLinux, to be specific.

What can I say, Compiz is fun!
(yeah, the cool links in my old sig died. :( A few nerdy newish projects are here. )

Huh, GoboLinux. I'll stick with my debian based distros.

And compiz, meh. Its fun to play with for a while.
