BG: Perhaps a ship capable of intercepting them, or even a missile which can blow up a little way away from their surface.
BG: I know the probability of an asteroid strike is infinitesimal, but it's real.
BG: And if it happened, it would mean the end of dinosaur kind.
BG: I'm telling you, we should petition our senator, or governor, or someone!

You needn't need Photoshop; Paint would work just fine for simple things, and I'm mostly judging on situation / words, not filters.
And Dinosaur Comics are all about the text anyway.

The BKO-inclined among us would postulate that Aelita is cleverly positioned off-screen in such a manner that motivates Jeremy to strike this pose. Today, however, she isn't: that's just the auto-scratcher Jeremy installed on his backpack.
